This is the training of the character of our boys. On this core value, I will never stop quoting the wise words of Theodore Roosevelt that;
“To educate a person in mind and not in morals, is to educate a menace to society.”
I also love a quote from an anonymous sage that;
“To teach children to count is very good, but to teach them what counts is the best.”
As far as our Seminary is concerned, what counts include:
Time management, self-control, consideration of others, obedience, respect, honesty, judgment, prudence, responsibility, leadership, common sense, silence, cleanliness and elementary etiquettes.
We teach the boys to behave well here at the Seminary, at home and in public.
We train them in the behavior that is acceptable and the one that is not acceptable.
We train them to learn to do the right thing at the right time and with the right people, whether there is somebody seeing or not.
The prime objective is training a good product for society
